📦 Orders & Delivery


What are the production and delivery times?

Each work is printed on demand, just for you.
⏱️ Production : 2 to 6 working days

🚚 Delivery in France : 3 to 7 working days

🚚 Delivery in the European Union : 4 to 10 working days

📦 A tracking link is sent to you upon shipment.


✦ Delivery areas & customs

At the moment, XANA™ prints are only shipped within the European Union.

This allows for faster delivery, with no customs fees or VAT to be paid upon receipt.
You pay exactly what is displayed when you order — nothing more.

🌍 We plan to open deliveries to other countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, etc.) soon.


How do I track my order?

As soon as your artwork is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Remember to check your spam folder—some signals take a roundabout route.


🖼️ Works, papers & framing


What type of paper is used?

It depends on the option chosen:
✍️ Unframed posters : 189 gsm textured matte paper
🪶 Framed posters : 170 g/m² semi-matte paper
Both are printed with high-quality pigment inks, for a crisp, long-lasting finish.


Are the posters framed?

You can choose.
The framed option includes:

▪︎ A wooden frame (black or white depending on availability)

▪︎ Anti-reflective acrylic glass

▪︎ An integrated hanging system

What formats are available?

Three formats are available:
▪︎ 21×30 cm
▪︎ 30×40 cm
▪︎ 50×70 cm


⏳Limited Edition


What does “limited edition” mean?

Each work is part of an ephemeral collection .
It is available for a limited time only .
Once removed from the store, no reissue or restocking will be offered.


Are the works numbered?

No. Editions are limited in time , not in number of copies.
Each work is however accompanied by a digital certificate of authenticity , sent by email after receipt of your order.


🌀 Authenticity & signature


Is the work signed?

Yes. Each visual is digitally hand-signed by the artist XANA™.


What does the certificate of authenticity contain?

🧾 It is sent to you by email, and contains:

  • The title of the work

  • The date of purchase

  • The artist's digital signature

  • A mention confirming that the work belongs to a time-limited edition


🔁 Returns & Damages


Can I return a work?

Prints are made to order, nothing is produced in stock.
🛑 No returns will be accepted, except in the case of damaged or misprinted items.


What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of receipt , with a photo of the packaging and the artwork.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


Is payment secure?

Absolutely, our store is fully secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data . We use Stripe and Paypal secure payment systems.


I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

Have you received your order's shipping confirmation? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate and get back to you within 48 hours.


I ordered several items and only received part of my order, is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. To minimize your wait , we ship all items separately as soon as they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive within the next few days.


I received a damaged/defective item, what should I do?

We are sorry , unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, we will do our best to find a solution .
